The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday , the 21[st] September, 2023 to Wednesday, the 27[th] September, 2023 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the purpose of holding 22[nd] Annual General Meeting of the Company.
