RISMA adjusts EBITDA guidance for 2022

Copenhagen, January 20, 2023

RISMA adjusts the EBITDA guidance for 2022 to the better level of -19 to -21 MDKK. The prior guidance was -21 to -23 MDKK.

The reason for the adjustment is primarily that the cost reduction initiatives, which were part of the new strategy, "Sustainable growth journey" ref. Company Announcement No. 13-2022, have had a better effect than expected.

The 2022 ARR guidance remains unchanged at 22.5-23 MDKK.

The 2023 ARR and EBITDA guidance remains unchanged as well at ARR 34-38 MDKK and EBITDA at -9 to -13 MDKK
