RISMA adjusts ARR guidance for 2022 and confirms guidance for 2023

Copenhagen, 29 December 2022

RISMA adjusts ARR guidance for 2022 to 22.5-23 MDKK equivalent to a yearly growth of 47-50%. The prior guidance was 23-26 MDKK. The reason for the adjustment is that two deals of each more than 0.5 mDKK that was expected to be closed before end of 2022 has been postponed to the beginning of 2023.

The 2022 EBITDA guidance remains unchanged at DKK -21 to -23 million, but most likely in the good end of the interval.

The expectations for 2023 remain strong and RISMA’s newly developed CSRD solution has been very well received by our clients and is expected to fuel the growth even further. The continuation of expansion or our GRC-Suite in the Nordics together with the new CSRD solution will be the main drives for our high growth in 2023 and onwards.

The guidance for 2023 is therefore unchanged at ARR 34-38 MDKK and EBITDA at -9 to -13 MDKK.
