EXPLANATORY NOTE

On November 16, 2021, Riskified Ltd. issued a press release titled "Riskified Reports Strong Year-over-Year Revenue Increase of 26% in Third Quarter." The Company will hold a conference call regarding such results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
