This is to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 23[rd] September, 2023 to Friday 29[th] September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 54[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company and to determine the entitlement of members to dividend for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2023.

The e-Voting for the purpose of 54[th] Annual General Meeting shall commence on Tuesday, 26[th] September, 2023 at 9.00 a.m. (IST) and shall end on Thursday, 28[th] September, 2023 at 5.00 p.m. (IST). The cut-off date for reckoning voting rights of shareholders for e-voting is Friday, 22[nd] September, 2023.
