Subject .: Book Closure and E-voting Schedule for 53rd AGM of the Company
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that pursuant to Section 9 1 of the Companies Act, 20 13 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) ~e~ulations, 201 5 the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 22nd September, 2022 to Wednesday 28'" September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Company and to determine the entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended 3 lSt March, 2022.
The e-Voting for the purpose of 53rd Annual General Meeting shall comme'nce on Saturday, 24" September, 2022 at 9.00 a.m. (IST) and shall end on Tuesday, 27'" September, 2022 at 5.00 p.m. (IST). The cut-off date for reckoning voting rights of shareholders for e-voting is Wednesday, 2 lSt September, 2022.
