This is to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 25m September, 2021 to Thursday 30h September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 30h September, 2021.
The e-Voting for the purpose of 52nd Annual General Meeting shall begin on Monday, 2irth September, 2021 at 9.00 a.m. and ends on Wednesday, 29" September, 2021 at 5.00 p.m. The cut-off date for reckoning voting rights of shareholders entitled for evoting is Friday, 24h September, 2021.
