As part of its dual listed company structure, Rio Tinto notifies dealings in Rio Tinto plc and Rio Tinto Limited securities by PDMR / KMPs to both the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

On 6 August 2021 the Company was notified that Simon McKeon, a Non-Executive Director, had transferred 5,000 Rio Tinto Limited shares of AUD1.00 each from Thompson McKeon Pty Limited to CVM and Co Pty Limited, both persons closely associated. The transfer took place on 6 August 2021.
