Expiry of Escrow Restrictions

Rincon Resources Limited (ASX: RCR) (“Rincon” or the “Company”) advises that, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the following shares will cease to be escrowed:

• 498,212 fully paid Ordinary shares which are currently classified as ASX restricted securities will cease to be escrowed on 1 December 2021; and

• 2,045,790 fully paid Ordinary shares which are currently classified as ASX restricted securities will cease to be escrowed on 8 December 2021.

The Company will apply for the quotation of these shares within 5 business days after the end of each escrow period in accordance with Listing Rule 2.8.5.
