Rincon Resources Limited (ASX: RCR) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Rincon Resources Limited (‘RCR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RCR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 31 August 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Rincon Resources Limited (“Rincon” or, the “Company”) requests an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement (“Announcement”) in relation to a capital raising.
The trading halt is requested until the earlier of commencement of trading on Thursday, 31 August 2023, or the Company releasing the Announcement.
The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
