Board Update
Rincon Resources Limited (the Company ) wishes to advise that Mr Zeffron Reeves has informed the Board of his intention to retire and not seek re-election as Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 15 November 2021.
Accordingly, the resolution to re-elect Mr Reeves as a Director (Resolution 2) to be voted on by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting has been withdrawn.
The Board thanks Mr Reeves for his valuable contributions and guidance since his joint founding of the Company.
RCR Chairman, Geoff McNamara said, “I thank and greatly appreciate the extremely valuable contribution that Mr Reeves has made to the founding of the Company, the Board and Executive team over the past three years. We wish Mr Reeves continued success and all the best in his endeavours."
