Special Factor for Sufrin and Rimon

1. Rimon shares (IL0011787228): A 30% factor from its original factor as of Jan 6th, 2022 will be set in the following Indices: TA-SME60, TA-RealEstate and TA-Construction Index.

Reasoning: Coverage-Availability number of days significantly exceeds 30 average trading days, therefore, a gradual factor increase is required.

1. Sufrin shares (IL0011815698): A gradual addition to TASE Indices will be implemented as follows:

• Jan 2022 Rebalance – 40% of calculated Factor
• Feb 2022 Semi-Annual Update – 70% Calculated Factor
• March 2022 Rebalance – 100% Calculated Factor

Reasoning: TASE calculated "Coverage-Availability Ratio", which describes the amount of money passive funds needs to purchase relatively to the available float in the market at that point of time. A value higher than 5% might suggest difficulty to purchase the entire scope of money needed during the Rebalance/Update Date.
