Appointment of Non-Executive Director and Change of Company Secretary

Rimfire Pacific Mining NL (ASX code "RIM" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that Mr Misha Collins has joined the Rimfire Board as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director effective today.

Mr Collins has 23 years of experience in resources as a mining executive, financial analyst, and company director, including time with BHP, Bankers Trust / BT Funds Management, ING Australia and most recently was Chief Executive Officer of Cassidy Gold Corporation and has acted as adviser to several significant debt and equity transactions in the gold mining industry. Mr Collins was a Non-Executive Director of ASX Listed Ask Funding from 2010 to 2015. He has been Non-Executive Director of Sihayo Gold since 2008 (and was Chairman of Sihayo Gold in 2009 to 2010 and 2013 to June 2020) and he has also been acting as an unpaid technical adviser to Golden Plains Resources, who is the Earn-in Party of the Fifield Earn-in Project (ASX Announcement: 4 May 2020 - Rimfire Enters into $4.5 Million Earn-in Agreement) and Avondale Earn-in Project (ASX Announcement: 25 June 2021 - RIM Secures \$7.5 Million Avondale Farm Out).

Mr Collins holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy, graduating with First Class Honors from the RMIT University, a Graduate Certificate in Banking and Finance from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Mr Collins has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

The Company is also pleased to announce that specialist Company Secretarial, Governance and Accounting firm, Leydin Freyer, continues to undertake the Company Secretarial role noting that Ms Melanie Leydin will step down as appointed Company Secretary and Mr Stefan Ross appointed in the office holder position as Company Secretary effective today. Ms Leydin will continue to support the Company via Leydin Freyer.

Mr Ross has over 10 years of experience in accounting and secretarial services for ASX Listed companies. His extensive experience includes ASX compliance, corporate governance control and implementation, statutory financial reporting and board and secretarial support.

  • Recently completed a drilling program to test near surface IP targets, depth to Ordovician basement that hosts regional major discoveries such as Northparkes, Cadia and Cowal.
  • Results are expected in June, and these will influence the next steps in the program.
• Cowal Project Copper / Gold, RIM 100%.
  • Located to the east of Evolution's Lake Cowal Copper / Gold mine
  • Little exploration has occurred on these tenements and prospective for Copper / Gold
  • Located in Forbes moratorium area for new tenement applications
