Rift Valley Resources Corp. Grants Incentive Stock Options

February 17, 2021 - Vancouver, British Columbia / Rift Valley Resources Corp (the “Company”) (CSE: RVR) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to purchase a total of 450,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.07 per common share for a period of five years to a director and a consultant in accordance with the provisions of its stock option plan.
