Ian Tchacos – Chairman

Mr Tchacos is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years international experience in corporate development and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, exploration, development and production operations, marketing and finance. Jeffrey Moore – Managing Director

Mr Moore is a geologist with extensive technical, managerial and project finance experience in exploration and mining for publicly listed companies. He has generated and managed projects for commodities including precious metals, copper, base metals, diamonds, nickel and industrial minerals throughout Australia, Central and South America, Africa, PNG and Asia.

Bruce Franzen – Executive Director

Mr Franzen is a CPA with over twenty year’s local and international experience in the resources industry. This includes substantial experience in commercial administration and financial control related to offshore oil & gas drilling, exploration, and development of large scale capital resource projects.

Board and Management

Ed Turner – Exploration Manager

Mr Turner has 24 years of experience as a geologist both in Australia and overseas. For much of this time he has managed exploration and development projects in Australia, Brazil, Romania, The Ukraine and The Democratic Republic of Congo for precious and base metals, uranium and manganese. His experience has included project acquisition, foreign government liaison, development and training of exploration teams, underground gold mining and resource estimation.

Andrew Childs– Director

Mr Childs is a geologist and is Chairman of Australian Oil Company Limited and NonExecutive Director of ADX Energy Limited. He also sits on the Boards of a number of unlisted private and public companies including AIM listed Stratic Energy Corporation. Wolfgang Zimmer – Director

Mr Zimmer has 29 years experience in the oil and gas Industry after receiving his Ph.D from the University of Vienna in Geology and Petrology. Mr Zimmer is currently Managing Director of ADX Energy Limited.
