Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Riedel Resources Limited (‘RIE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RIE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 29 September 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with listing rule 17.1, Riedel Resources Limited (ASX:RIE) requests a trading halt to be placed on the Company’s securities pending an announcement relating to a capital raising.

The Company requests the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Thursday 29 September 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
