CONVERTIBLE NOTES - EXTENSION OF REDEMPTION DATE

Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE) confirms it has agreed with the holders of the 400,000 secured Convertible Notes issued under two Convertible Note Deeds entered into by the Company on 16 May 2013 and extended under two Amendment Deeds dated 13 June 2014 to extend the redemption date of the Convertible Notes to 31 July 2015.

The extension is provided for the parties to discuss the redemption options which may include a conversion of the Convertible Notes to Ordinary shares or the sale of an asset of the Company in full and final settlement of the redemption amount.

The Company will keep the market informed of its progress.
