CONVERTIBLE NOTES – FURTHER EXTENSION OF REDEMPTION DATE

Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE) confirms it has agreed with the Convertible Noteholders to a further extension of the redemption of the 400,000 secured Convertible Notes to 31 October 2015.

The extension is provided for the parties to continue to discuss the redemption options which may include a conversion of the Convertible Notes to Ordinary shares or the sale of an asset of the Company in full and final settlement of the redemption amount.

The Company will keep the market informed of its progress.
