SHARE PURCHASE PLAN - NOTICE UNDER CLASS ORDER [CO 09/425]

Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE) (‘Company’) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (‘the Act’), as modified by paragraph 7(f)(ii) of ASIC Class Order [CO 09/425] ( CO 09/425 ) that:-

• The Company will make offers to issue shares under a Share Purchase Plan to raise a maximum of approximately A$279,640 (before costs), without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act as modified by CO 09/425;

• The Company is giving this notice under CO 09/425;

• As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Act; and

• As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in subsections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
