SHARE PURCHASE PLAN EXTENDED UNTIL 14 JULY 2014

The Directors of Riedel Resources Limited (ASX:RIE) ( Company ) advise that the closing date for acceptance of applications under the Share Purchase Plan announced on 17 June 2014 has been extended by one week from 7 July 2014 until 5.00 p.m. (AWST) Monday 14 July 2014.

This extension is to allow shareholders additional time to consider the Offer Documents despatched to eligible shareholders on 20 June 2014.

The revised timetable for the SPP is as follows:-

To apply for a parcel of shares, shareholders should read all of the offer documents previously sent to them and follow the instructions on the personalised application form. Shareholders should also discuss this investment with their financial adviser.

The application form should be completed and returned with payment before 5 p.m. (AWST) 14 July 2014 in accordance with the instructions on the form. There is also provision for shareholders to make a BPAY payment and in this instance the application form does not need to be returned.
