Board Restructure

Riedel Resources Ltd ( ASX: RIE ) ( Riedel or the Company ) today advises of the appointment of Mr Grant Mooney as Non-Executive Chairman, replacing Mr Michael Bohm who will continue in his role as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Mooney has been a Director of the Company since 2018.

This change will assist with the Board’s vision for the continued development of the Kingman Gold Project in Arizona, USA.

Mr Mooney has extensive experience in ASX-listed board, governance and corporate matters, being the principal of Perth based corporate advisory firm Mooney & Partners, a firm who specialises in capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mr Mooney serves as a Director to several ASX listed companies including Gibb River Diamonds Limited (ASX: GIB), Accelerate Resources Limited (ASX: AX8), Talga Group Limited (ASX: TLG), Aurora Labs Limited (ASX: A3D) and Carnegie Clean Energy Limited (ASX: CCE). Mr Mooney is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Bohm will continue with his ongoing assistance in technical and operational matters, given both his project development experience in the gold sector and his extensive jurisdictional knowledge of the Project area and its local history.
