RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE) advises that Mr Andrew Childs has resigned as Non-executive Director of Riedel Resources Limited, effective from the close of business today.

The Board would like to thank Mr Childs for his contribution to the Company since his appointment as a founding director and wishes him the very best for success in all of his future endeavours.
