BOARD APPOINTMENTS UPDATE

Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE “Riedel”) welcomes the appointment of Mr Mark Skiffington and Mr Luke Matthews as Non-Executive Directors of the Company.

Since graduating from the University of Western Australia with a B.Ec. in 1993, Mr Skiffington has been engaged as a financial investment adviser in the stockbroking industry, having worked at three large brokerage houses before cofounding Oracle Securities Pty Ltd (“Oracle”) with Luke Matthews in 2010.

Mr Matthews graduated from the University of Western Australia with a B.Com. in 1996 and commenced his career in the financial services industry at Hartley Poynton in 1997. Since that time, Mr Matthews has been engaged as a Senior Equities & Derivatives Advisor, providing advice on a wide range of financial instruments and structures including share trading, exchange traded option strategies, superannuation and corporate finance.

Mr Skiffington and Mr Matthews are major shareholders of Riedel and share a commitment to adding value to the Company to benefit all of its shareholders.

Further to the Board re-structure, Mr Ian Tchacos has stepped down as Chairman of the Company and Mr Jeffrey Moore has replaced Mr Tchacos in the role of Executive Chairman.

Mr Moore said "Riedel is very pleased to announce the appointment of two highly capable directors to the Company, bringing with them considerable experience and skills. The Board of Directors also wish to convey their gratitude to Ian Tchacos for his considerable contribution and guidance during his tenure as Company Chairman and the Board wishes Ian well in his future business pursuits.”
