APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARIES

Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE “Riedel”) advises that Mr Henko Vos and Ms Abby Siew have been appointed as Joint Company Secretaries replacing Mr Leonard Math.

The Board thanks Mr Leonard Math for his contribution to the Company since his appointment.

The change is effective immediately.
