RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Riedel Resources Limited (ASX: RIE) advises of the resignation of Mr Ed Turner as Executive Director, effective 27 November 2015. Mr Ed Turner will continue to provide technical management services to the Company.

The Board would like to thank Mr Turner for his continued contribution to the Company.
