Director Resignation
The Directors of Riedel Resources Limited ("Riedel") advise that Mr Bruce Franzen has resigned as a Director of the Company effective 31 January 2013.
The Board would like to thank Mr Franzen for his valued contribution as a founding Director of the Company and wishes him every success with his future endeavours.
Mr Franzen remains in the role of Company Secretary.
