Director Resignation

The Directors of Riedel Resources Limited (“Riedel”) advise that Mr Wolfgang Zimmer has resigned as a Director of the Company effective 30 June 2012. Mr Zimmer is currently Managing Director of ADX Energy Limited (“ADX”) . In line with a recent reduction in ADX’s shareholding interest in Riedel, the number of ADX Nominee Directors has also reduced.

The Board would like to thank Mr Zimmer for his contribution as a founding Director of the Company and wishes him every success with his future endeavours.
