This current report on Form 6-K was filed in connection with the resignation of Ms. Pingfan Wu as a director of China Jo-Jo Drugstores, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”), effective May 31, 2024. Ms. Wu’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company regarding its business, finance, accounting, or any other matters.
