Sub: Intimation regarding closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1[st] April, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2025.

The date of Board Meeting in which financial results would be approved will be intimated in due course. Further, the end date for closure of Trading Window is subject to finalisation of date of Board Meeting.

Accordingly all the Promoters, Directors and Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
