APPENDIX 3X, INITIAL DIRECTORS INTEREST NOTICE – LATE LODGEMENT

Please find attached Appendix 3X “Initial Director’s Interest Notice” for Mr Xiang (Shawn) Lin, who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Richmond Vanadium Technology Limited (“Richmond Vanadium” or the “Company”) effective 25 September 2024.

In relation to the late lodgement of the Appendix 3X, we advise the following:

• Due to an administrative oversight, Mr Lin was unable to disclose his interests in sufficient time to comply with the Company’s obligations under listing rule 3.19A

• The Appendix 3X was not lodged within 5 business days due to the observing of National Day of the People's Republic of China and adjusted working days coinciding with Mr Lin’s appointment and return travel to his home country.

• National Day is a public holiday in China celebrated annually on 1 October for seven days.

• The Company confirms that it is aware of and understands its obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the ASX Listing Rules, in particular the obligations under ASX Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B.

• The Company considers its current arrangements are adequate for ensuring timely and accurate notification, noting that the late lodgement of the Appendix 3X was a result of administrative oversight. It has nevertheless reviewed its procedures to ensure that it meets its disclosure obligations.

• Please find attached Appendix 3X for Mr Xiang (Shawn) Lin.
