ANNOUNCEMENT CHANGES IN SHAREHOLDING — DISPOSAL OF SHARES BY DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 2 November 2009. Terms used in this announcement bear the same meaning as used in the announcement of 2 November 2009.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. David H Clarke advised the Company after close of trading today that his disposal of 150,000,000 Shares (representing approximately 15.24% of the issued Shares) at a price of HK$0.35 per Share, to Mr. Chim Pui Chung has been concluded today.

To the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the Board, Mr. Clarke’s shareholding in the Company is now reduced to approximately 0.84% of the issued Shares, while Mr. Chim’s shareholding now stands at approximately 19.31%.
