NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Register of Members of United Pacific Industries Limited will be closed from Friday, 11 March 2011 to Tuesday, 15 March 2011 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of shares will be effected.

In order to determine the identity of members who are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 15 March 2011, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s Share Registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Secretaries Limited at 26/F., Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not later than 4:00 p.m . on Thursday, 10 March 2011 .
