1.         2020 Long Term Incentive Plan - grant of plan cycle 15

Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 27 October 2021:

(i)     conditional awards over a total of 522,306 shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares"); and

(ii)    a conditional award of cash equivalent to the value of 8,702 Shares (the "Phantom Award"),

were granted to Executive Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") as set out below under the terms of the Company's 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"). These awards vest after three years and are subject to TSR and EPS performance conditions.
