1.         2006 Long Term Inventive Plan - vesting of plan cycle 6, part B

The Company announces that on 10 December 2015, a total of 14,535 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") vested in favour of Robert Bell, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, under the terms of the Company's 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan.  This award (which was subject to the satisfaction of both EPS and TSR performance conditions) was granted on 10 December 2012.  

Following the vesting, Mr Bell sold 6,832 Shares at a price of £8.80 per Share on 10 December 2015.  

2.         Net current total holdings of Shares

Following the above notifications, the total beneficial holding of Shares of Robert Bell is 7,703 Shares, representing approximately 0.015% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.4R.
