Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today received notification that, on 31 October 2013, Dave Shemmans, Chief Executive, transferred a total of 71,785 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to his spouse, Maria Shemmans, for nil consideration. 

Following this transaction, the total beneficial holding of Shares of Dave Shemmans and his connected persons is unchanged at 185,170 Shares, representing approximately 0.35% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
