Order for a new production MBE machine in Asia
Bezons, September 10, 2019 - 6:00pm - RIBER, a global market leader for semiconductor industry equipment, is announcing an order for a new production MBE machine in Asia.
An Asian industrial company has just ordered a third MBE 6000 machine, a multi-wafer production system with a very high-performance level.
This machine is intended to produce electronic and optoelectronic devices.
The ordered equipment will be delivered by RIBER in 2020.
