Order for two research MBE systems in China

Bezons, April 3, 2018 - 5:45 pm - RIBER, a global market leader for semiconductor industry equipment, is announcing the order for two research MBE systems.

A Chinese research institute has ordered two research fully-automated MBE systems, model MBE412, for developing solar cells devices.

The MBE412 system allows making epitaxies on 4'' wafer diameter or on multiple 2'' wafer diameter. It is mainly used for the development of new microelectronic or photo-electronic devices, as well as their qualification before going into full production.

This new order will be delivered in 2019.
