Order of a MBE research system in Germany

Bezons, October 30, 2017 – 5:45 pm - RIBER, a global market leader for semiconductor industry equipment, is announcing the order of a MBE research system in Germany.

Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Solid State Physics (IAF), Freiburg, a reference in the area of research in Germany, has ordered a MBE 49 system that will be used for electronic applications development based on compound semiconductors.

This new order confirms the widespread market adoption of the MBE 49, one of the most efficient thin film deposition systems.

This order will be delivered in 2018.
