Two MBE machines order in Asia

Bezons, February 11th, 2013 – 5:45 pm – RIBER, the global leader for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), announces the sale of two MBE 412 (multi 2'' or 4'') system to a leading expert company in Asia.

Benefiting from a very high performance level, the model 412 system is designed for the development of highly sophisticated semi-conductors. MBE 412 (multi 2'' or 4'') capacity system was selected as this platform is optimized for this type of application.

These two model 412 orders are a repeat business and will enable our customer to further increase its development activities on new material and structures. The system 412 is the last system developed by Riber which takes into account the increase in complexity of the new semiconductor structures. It allows customers to design and elaborate structures with 12 different materials.

With a more than 800 MBE machines installed base and its successful industrial experience, RIBER is the leader of the MBE-based compound semiconductor deposition market.
