RIBER further strengthens its positions in India with a new MBE research system order

Bezons, December 16th, 2010 – 5:45 pm – RIBER, the global leader for molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), is announcing the sale of a Compact21 research system to a leading research institute based in India.

The Compact 21 is the world's top-selling MBE research system. It will enable the customer's laboratory to ramp up its research capacities for the growth of new ultra-thin film electronic structures.

The system has been selected for its flexibility and adaptability, allowing it to be tailored for research on the most complex structures. The extensive portfolio of RIBER components also contributed towards the customer's decision to acquire all of RIBER's technology.

In addition to once again highlighting the commercial success of the Compact 21 range, this order confirms the strong development of RIBER's sales in India, where the semiconductor industry is growing fast.
