Changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board
Bezons, December 14th, 2012 – 5:45 pm – In its ruling and the corresponding order for provisional enforcement dated December 11th, 2012, the Pontoise commercial court proceeded to the revocation of the appointments of Messrs Bouscasse, Stievenart and Nicou to the Supervisory Board, with effect from May 26th, 2011, further to their application during the general meeting on May 26th, 2011.
In the dispute between certain shareholders, all the legal claims made against RIBER have been rejected. The ruling states that "this dispute between shareholders (...) does not call into question the Executive Board's reliability nor its ability (...) to manage RIBER efficiently".
RIBER would like to inform that the revocation of the three appointments of Messrs Bouscasse, Stievenart and Nicou will neither modify nor cancel any of the decisions resulting from the work of the Supervisory Board since May 26th, 2011.
