Appointment of Frédérick Goutard as Chairman of the Executive Board of Riber

Bezons, France, March 2, 2009 (5.45pm CET) – The Supervisory Board of Riber appointed today Frédérick Goutard as Chairman of the Executive Board of Riber, with effect from April 1, 2009. He will replace Jean-Pierre Régner, who has held the position on an interim basis within the Company since last May.

Frédérick Goutard, 40 years old, is a graduate of the Pierre et Marie Curie and Orsay universities, the Reims ESC and holds an MBA from the University of Toronto. In London, after acting as Senior Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the telecommunication sector, he joined the telecommunication group BT Group in 2000, where he notably headed service and equipment operations. He has been in Paris since 2006 and was appointed Managing Director of the family-owned financial holding company NG Investments, Riber's leading shareholder, in charge in particular of its industrial interests.

Shareholders' agenda: publication of 2008 annual results, postponed to March 25, 2009 after close of trading.
