Appointment of Olivier Handschumacher as Chief financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of RIBER

Bezons, France, April 21, 2009 (5.45pm) –. RIBER announces the appointment of Olivier Handschumacher as Chief Financial Officer. He was also appointed a member of the Executive Board by a decision of the Supervisory Board meeting of April 16.

Olivier Handschumacher, 41 years old, is a graduate of HEC. Since 1991, he has held several positions in France and abroad as part of Renault Group's Finance Department.
