Comments
The loss for the consolidated entity after providing for income tax was $6,612,148. Comments on activities during the year are included in the Chairman’s Letter and Chief Executive Officer’s Report in the Annual Report attached. It should be noted that both Other income and the Loss from ordinary activities has been positively impacted by the Company lodging its’ Research & Development (R&D) tax offset claim. A further claim is expected to be lodged for FY2021 in the near term. This refundable tax offset for eligible R&D activities is expected to be received before the end of CY’21.
