MARIANNE CULVER STEPS DOWN FROM REXEL'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors hastaken note of the resignation of Marianne Culver from her duties as Director for personal reasons, with effect on November 21, 2016.

Ian Meakins, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rexel, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Marianne for her contribution to the work of the Board of Directors."
