REX TO INCREASE ITS INTEREST IN SUBSIDIARY LIME PETROLEUM HOLDING AS - UPDATE

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to them in the Company’s announcement dated 25 September 2025.

The board of directors of Rex International Holding Limited (the “ Company ”) wishes to announce that the LPH shares to be acquired by RII pursuant to the Transaction* have been transferred.

As at the date of this announcement, the shareholders of LPH are as follows:

LPH: RII: 89.74%, MMH: 4.51%, Schroder & Co Banque S.A.: 4.30%; Peter M. Steimler: 1.45%
