Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty innovator, is pleased to announce that the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Macfarlanes LLP, 20 Cursitor Street, London, EC4A 1LT at 3:00 p.m. on Monday 29 September 2025.

Further to the announcement of the Company's unaudited preliminary results for the year ended 28 February 2025 ("FY25") on 22 August 2025, the Company has today published its FY25 audited final results and FY25 Annual Report. The Notice of AGM, together with the Annual Report and Accounts, will be dispatched on Monday, 1 September 2025, to those shareholders who have elected not to receive electronic communications, and electronic copies are available on the investor section of the Company's website at  https://revolutionbeautyplc.com/results-and-reports/ . The FY25 audited primary contain no material changes from the FY25 unaudited primary statements announced on 22 August 2025.
