In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market of the following:

As of 31 December 2024, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 319,235,571 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as of 31 December 2024 is therefore 319,235,571.

The above figure of 319,235,571 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
