Verona, 26 May 2023 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. ("REVO" or the "Company") announces that, with respect to the partial voluntary public purchase offer (the "Offer"), in the period between 22 May 2023 (the beginning of the subscription period) and 26 May 2023 inclusive, 937,178 ordinary shares of REVO Insurance S.p.A. have been subscribed. The subscribed ordinary shares amounts to 3.70% of the entire share capital and 133.88% of the maximum quantity subject to the Offer.
