FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 28th APRIL 2025
Verona, 12/05/2025 - REVO Insurance S.p.A. ("REVO" or the "Company") announces that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting held on 28th April 2025 have been made available to the public at the registered office, on the website www.revoinsurance.com (under the Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section), as well as on the authorized storage mechanism at .
As a reminder, a gross dividend of EUR 0.22 per outstanding share, both ordinary and special (excluding treasury shares), will be payable as of 21 May 2025 (ex-dividend date 19 May 2025).
